SUMMARY OF CONDITIONS OF HIRE
Booking/Payment:
A deposit of one third of the total cost is required to book a cottage. The final balance to be
paid six weeks prior to arrival.
Safety:
All health, safety and fire regulations must be complied with at all times.
Pets:
We do not take pets and are strictly non smoking.
Occupancy:
People using the cottage must not exceed the number as stated on this web site.
Arrive/Depart Time:
Period of hire is from 4.00pm on arrival day to 9.45am on departure day.
Breakages:
The client is responsible to reimburse the owners for any damage or breakages.
Responsibility of Care:
The client shall take all reasonable and proper care of the property, fixtures, fittings and effects and
leave them in repair and in the same clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period as they found them on arrival. If you have any
special needs, please advise us at the time of booking and confirm in writing.
